Do I have to make a reservation in advance to utilize services?
Walk-ins are welcome, but it is highly recommended to call in advance to increase your chances of availability.

When should I make my reservations?
Making your reservations in advance and at least one week prior to service date is recommended to ensure availability or as early as possible will increase your chances of availability.

Do I have to be a Hyatt guest in order to utilize DASA Spa?
DASA Spa welcomes everyone from hotel guests to locals, from a treat yourself day to any group event.

Does the spa have a whirlpool or sauna?
We have a state-of-the-art Infrared Sauna. Infrared light has the ability to penetrate human tissue which in turn produces a host of anti-aging health benefits making infrared saunas one of the “hottest” home therapies for overall healthier living. If you want to get yourself back into balance, an infrared sauna may be the ticket to achieving your wellness goals. Our sauna sessions are highly popular before spa treatments. Do you offer acrylic nail services?
We are an organic spa, therefore do not offer acrylic nail services. However we do offer an array of Shellac polish options.

Do you take group reservations?
Yes. We specialize in groups ranging from 6 to 20 individuals. We cater to special occasions (i.e. bridal parties, groom parties, girl’s spa getaways, and work
retreats). Group reservations require at least a month’s notice.

Is there a minimum age requirement for services?
The minimum age is 18. If a guest is between 12 to 17 and would like to receive a spa treatment, it is required that a parent be present during their service. Requests for guests younger than 12 years cannot be provided.

What is the cancellation policy?
Cancellation within 6 hours prior to service time yields a 100%charge for service scheduled. Cancellation 6 - 12 hours prior to service time yields a 50% charge for service scheduled. Cancellation beyond 12 hours has no cancellation fee. See Spa and Cancellation Policy for more details.

Can I book my appointments online?

What time should I arrive for my appointment?
Please arrive 20 minutes prior to the time scheduled to begin services.

Can I order gift cards online or in person?
Yes, we offer gift cards both online and in person.

Upon booking will I need a credit card to hold my reservation?
Yes, all appointments require a credit card upon booking your service(s).

Spa and Cancellation Policies
Cancellation for same day reservations on Thursday through Sunday yield a 50% charge for services originally scheduled. Cancellation within 6 hours prior to service time yields a 100% charge for service scheduled.  Cancellation 6 - 12 hours prior to service time yields a 50% charge for service scheduled.  Cancellation beyond 12 hours has no cancellation fee. For groups of 3 or more, we require a 72 hour notice for cancellation of treatments. We reserve the right to charge up to the full service amount for all missed appointments or late cancellations. A credit card number is required to hold your reservation upon booking.

If you are a San Antonian please join our email list to receive special offers, coupons, and promotions. At DASA Spa we pamper our local guest with a 30% discount on selected services and complimentary beverages are offered throughout your spa day.  We also offer frequent visitors special discount offers and promotions on a monthly basis.  We also offer a referral program that allows you to earn additional discounts and promotions for referring a friend or family member.

DASA Spa for San Antonio Guest
If you are a guest and visiting San Antonio we encourage you to visit DASA Spa. If you are staying at any of our qualifying hotels you will receive 15% off any services you book. DASA appreciates frequent travelers, if you are an out of town guest that utilizes the spa at least quarterly you will qualify for special discounts and offers.
